نرجوا منكم تدخلا واضحا لحسم مشكلة سرقة النصوص الأدبية من مواقع أخرى بدون الإشارة لمصدرها واستخدامها في البوستات تارة بإسم الفضيلة وتارة بإسم الأخلاق
طالعنا مع بقية البورداب عددا من السرقات الأدبية تشمل نشلا مفضوحا لأجزاء كاملة من مقالات لثلاثة كتاب بجريدة الرياض السعودية, بينهم نائب رئيس تحرير الجريدة, يوسف الكويليت هذا النوع من التعديات يمكن أن يدخل الموقع في إشكالات وتعقيدات متعددة, منها الشكوى الرسمية, بل الملاحقة القانونية تحت القوانين المنظمة للنقل غير المشار لمصدره من مواد ملكيتها الفكرية تعود لآخرين . الأخ معاذ, نرجو أن يتم تدارك الأمر. أصحى يا ود عمنا. نرجو الرجوع لبوست توثيقي بهذا الشأن, المشاركات 36, 41, 57

فعلا يا جامد(مشكورا) على الاخ/معاذ التصرف بما يليق ومكانة هذا الصرح الديمقراطي/الاجتماعي/الثقافي النزيه
فإن الرسالة امانة وقد حملها والمشرفون عنا طيلة تواجدنا معهم هنا بغير منِ ولا أذى فارجو ان يسعفه الوقت ليتلافى هذا النفاق الصريح وهذا التشويه المقصود للنيل من مصداقية الموقع وتدميره معنويا مادامت النتيجة تصب في مصلحة سيطرتهم على البلاد و التحكم في العباد

We beg to differ. While this website claims (with some justification) discharge of responsibility for general content, it has a responsibility for some content with implications beyond the board itself. For instance, posts of a terrorist nature have clear legal liabilities. Posts which violate intellectual copyrights have ethical liabilities (read, good practice) AND, IN ADDITION they may well bring the board into (serious) disrepute. You may already be aware there are websites which have been shut down because of violations of copyright acts. One offending website has only been reinstated, following correspondence between respective lawyers. NO, I am not talking about megaupload.com I can cite at least one instance of such occurrence in the United States, where this website is registered. Someone SDB'ers residing in KSA suggested they attempt to get the contact details of the editor, or some journalist from www.alriyadh.com This may take a while. May take even longer to put two and two together and get something done about it. But this issue cannot go away. It cannont be thought away. At any rate, could you kindly pass this on to whom it may concern: in the final analysis, the bucket stops with Muaz, the website admin. Best, Foxtremely Quote:
